I ordered 3 batches of plants and each batch has arrived dead, due to taking so long to be delivered and packaged totally inappropriately. Plants are sent via Royal Mail and seem to take at least a week to arrive after being despatched. They are sent wrapped in a cardboard case, which does not protect that plants at all whilst in transit. I would certainly suggest using another company that dispatch using a courier.

I ordered a pack of 72 plug plants, 6 each of 12 varieties. On arrival I found that 7 of the varieties had been substituted for different ones with 4 different types of petunias instead of two and only one set of tall plants for the back of the border instead of three. T and M had not contacted me to say they could not fulfil my order and thus giving me the opportunity to cancel. They included a £5 voucher instead as a 'gesture of good will' against a further order, but I doubt I will use it given I no longer trust them to send what I orderRegarding your reply, when close to 60 % of my order is substituted and the substitutions in no way match what was ordered I have every right to complain. Coupled with that, the quality of the plants leaves a lot to be desired. Maybe you do not care that you have just lost a customer.

Unacceptable quality, partial orders and severely damaged plugs received after delay.These little plugs are less than 1 cm high. 25% of them arrived decaptitated and unusable.If I had wanted seedlings, I would have done these myself on my kitchen counter. I doubt that these were more than 2 weeks old when T&M deemed them acceptable to send

I placed an order for a large plant. An entire month goes by and then I get an email saying we can’t deliver your item here’s a refund. No apology, no money off another order, no alternative. So I’m left trying to find a replacement which is obviously near impossible given the season moves on. The customer care assistant just says ‘oh yeah they probably just took too many orders on that.’Total rubbish. Avoid.

As a first time buyer and new to gardening l found lots of help and advise...great variety of plants....this made placing an order so easy...managed to get everything l needed from compost..plants and feed in one order...

After a bumpy experience last year due to lockdowns etc, the plants this year have so far been delivered on time in good condition.

Recently purchased fibre pots are, frankly, rubbish. All smashed together and impossible to separate. They look like they got wet, dried out, and are now a stuck mass. I'm lucky if I can get 3-4 useful pots from the entire package. I logged on to my T&M account to post a review, but was not given the option. If the quality of the pots I bought are the norm, they shouldn't be sold.UPDATE: The social media team acted promptly over the issue of the pots. However, now I have another issue with the same order, namely delays in receiving some plastic trays. It's just one thing after another. I cannot recommend T&M.

Bulbs ordered as Christmas "Thank you" to helpful neighbor arrived very quickly and in good condition.Considering the time of year and difficult postal handling due to Christmas, all concerned deserve another "Thank you" Mr J G Roy

They have an amazing selection of house bonsais which I bought my partner for a birthday present and now he's in love with all of their plants! Plants come delivered in a secure package and well presented. I would 100% recommend their plants as they come already potted in nice pots and are great gifts to plant-lovers!

Ordered 2 items, a small plant with delivery within 5 days, and a bush to be delivered within 2 weeks.Very shortly after ordering the schedule for the bush changed from 5 days to 6 weeks.The bush schedule changed shortly afterwards from 2 weeks to 4 weeks, then changed again to 12 weeks.To their credit, T&M responded quickly to my refund request and refunded my money within a week without me having to chase further, hence the neutral feedback overall.I'm done with ordering plants online though, every company has the same issues and I don't need the hassle

Order processed quickly, but some plants came in nice condition, some in horrible - dying clematises and datura with caterpillars. Also some parts of my order were missing, some were cancelled. There was no problem with processing a refund though.
